To participate, your organization must be based in Europe and have at least 20 employees. For your participation, your organization will receive a comprehensive organizational assessment that will help to design strategies to achieve your innovation goals and to drive performance. As part of this assessment, your organization will be compared to other organizations of a similar size.
What to expect
To deliver a meaningful and accurate assessment, we’ll need input from several key groups within your organization:
Top Management Team
Each member will complete a brief survey on organizational structure and innovation capacity, providing key insights into leadership at the top.
Chief Innovation Officer (CIO)
The CIO will share details on strategic and operational innovation initiatives, helping us assess your innovation ecosystem’s maturity and benchmark it against industry standards.
Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
The CHRO offers vital input on innovation in talent management, training, and HR initiatives that nurture a culture of innovation.
Employee Sample (~25% of workforce)
We gather perspectives from a diverse sample of employees. This ensures a holistic view of how innovation is perceived and experienced throughout the organization.

Coordinate Surveys
We’ll provide you with a dedicated survey link and instructions for each stakeholder group. Your role is to share these links and encourage participation.
Select Employee Sample
We’ll guide you in choosing a representative sample of employees if needed.

Inform participants about the purpose and importance of the Index to ensure enthusiastic and honest responses.
